Our Swarovski crystal tooth gems come with a 21-day guarantee, If your tooth gem falls off within this time frame you are eligible for a one time complementary replacement.
In the event that your tooth gem has fallen off, please contact us immediately to arrange your replacement, you have up to two weeks to come in for your replacement, after which the offer expires.
* Replacements must be done on a new tooth free of any bonding & or materials *
